A guide to our policies at Grandover
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and consistent experience for all our valued guests, we have established these official policies and guidelines. Please take a moment to review the details regarding check-in/check-out times, on-site amenity usage, and resort etiquette.

Check in/out?

Request for photography
Please adhere to the following procedures to request a photography sessions at Grandover Resort. Tennis Courts, Spa, Bridges, Indoor & Outdoor Pool, Restaurants and Golf Courses are strictly OFF LIMITS.
- Advance Requests: All photography requests must be submitted 72 hours in advance of the desired session date.
- Weddings Booked at Grandover: Brides and couples who have booked their wedding at Grandover must contact their Wedding Services Manager directly to coordinate arrangements.
- Outside Requests: Individuals who do not have a scheduled event at the Resort must email info@grandover.com to confirm availability and receive approval for date and time.
- Equipment Restrictions: The use of backdrops, props, lighting equipment, or any devices requiring electrical outlets is not permitted anywhere on property.
- Location Limitations: Photography is not allowed in areas reserved for private events or group activities.
- Scheduling & Approval: All approved sessions will appear on the Daily Events Report. Please note: Requests received over the weekend will be reviewed on the next business day. Photography may not occur until the request has been approved and scheduled.
- Photographer Check-In: All photographers must check in with the Front Desk Manager on Duty upon arrival to receive a “Photographer Pass.”
- Session Duration: Each approved session is limited to a maximum of one (1) hour.
- Liability Notice: Grandover Resort is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any personal property or equipment before, during, or after the session.
- General Scope: These guidelines apply to all photography conducted both indoors and outdoors on resort property.
Service animal policy
I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions while staying at the Grandover Resort& Spa (“Hotel”) with my service animal:
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Only service animals are allowed. Service animals may never be left unattended in a guest room.
- A maximum of one service animal is allowed per guest room.
- Service animals must be registered at the front desk upon check-in and identified by a BLUE pet tag on the animal’sleash which shall always be visible.
- Service animals must be kept on a leash inside and outside Grandover property.
- Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for a time when the service animal is not in the room, or the owner ispresent.
- Owners are responsible for waste clean-up of their service animal inside the hotel and throughout the property grounds.
- Service animals shall not make unreasonable noise or any other disturbance while on hotel property.
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their service animals whether such damage is discovered during orafter the guest’s stay.
- Owners authorize the hotel to charge their credit card on file for such charges.
Spa Policies
- All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card that is charged upon booking services for individual guests and groups.
- All changes or cancellations should be made two (2) full days prior to the scheduled appointment date to avoid charges or fees.
- Voicemail messages and email messages that are date/time stamped two (2) days prior to the appointment will be accepted.
- All cancellations within two (2) days prior to the scheduled appointment date will be charged the full rate of the service.
- There will be a $25.00 per change fee for any prescheduled appointment that is changed on the day of the service.
- The Spa at Grandover is not liable for any service interruptions or delays that are a result of a same-day change of service.
- An automatic gratuity of 20% will be applied to parties of 6 or more guests and to services included in a Resort Package.
- Late arrivals will not receive an extension of services.
- Please check-in at the Spa reception desk at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled service.
- Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to receive services.
- Use of the fitness center, sauna, steam rooms, and swimming pool complimentary with any 50 or 80-minute service.
- Access to the sauna, steam rooms and Relaxation Room is reserved exclusively for Guests receiving a Spa Treatment.
- Please be sure to inform us when making your appointment if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments, cancer, or any condition that may be contraindicated for heat therapies, massage, or skincare.
- Services may be cancelled with no guarantee of rescheduling.
- Gift cards are available for purchase at the Spa during operating hours.
- Smoking is not permitted on the indoor/outdoor pool deck.
- No outside food or drinks allowed in the indoor/outdoor pool area.
- Rates, services and spa policies are subject to change without notice
Grandover Golf Course Guidelines
We warmly welcome all guests and staff to enjoy a safe, pleasant, and top-notch golfing experience.
To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask everyone to adhere to the following guidelines.
Please note that management reserves the right to restrict access to the course for anyone not in compliance with these guidelines.
1) Access & Authorized Use (Guests and Staff Only)
- The golf course is a private sanctuary, reserved exclusively for paying guests and authorized staff.
- Trespassing is not allowed under any circumstances.
- The golf course is not available for public recreational activities.
- Activities such as walking, jogging, biking, or unauthorized sightseeing on the course are not permitted.
2) Safety & Course Etiquette
- Please always follow the posted signage and staff instructions.
- Kindly wait for the group ahead to be out of range before you play.
- If there’s any risk of hitting another group, it is mandatory to shout “FORE.”
- Respect the pace of play and allow faster groups to pass when suitable.
- Refrain from climbing on or interfering with course equipment, maintenance vehicles, or golf carts.
- Required: We kindly ask that all guests wear proper golf attire on the golf course and in practice areas.
- Not Permitted:
- Denim of any kind (such as jeans, denim shorts, or denim skirts)
- Tank tops
- Clothing with offensive language or graphics
- Cut-off shorts
- Recommended/Permitted:
- Collared golf shirts or suitable golf tops
- Golf slacks, shorts, skorts, or appropriate athletic golf wear
- Golf shoes, with soft spikes
- Enjoy the privilege of using golf carts responsibly.
- Only those with a valid driver’s license are permitted to drive golf carts.
- Please ensure carts remain on designated paths where indicated.
- Keep carts clear of greens, tee boxes, and environmentally sensitive zones.
- Reckless driving or improper use may lead to removal from the course without a refund.
- Kindly replace divots and repair ball marks on the greens.
- Please rake the bunkers after using them.
- Be mindful to avoid damaging trees, greens, tee markers, flags, or course signage.
- Ensure all trash is disposed of properly.
- No walking dogs or pets on the golf course.
- No personal bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or motorized recreational vehicles.
- No unauthorized photography sessions, picnics, or gatherings.
- Respectful Behavior: We kindly ask all guests to maintain a respectful demeanor at all times.
- Intoxication and Conduct: We do not tolerate excessive intoxication, disorderly behavior, or the use of abusive language.
- Outside Alcohol: Please refrain from bringing alcohol from outside the property.
- Noise Levels: We ask that guests avoid playing loud music or engaging in disruptive actions.
- The golf course may close without notice due to weather, maintenance, or safety concerns.
- Players must immediately stop play if instructed by staff.
- Lightning and severe weather policies must be followed.
- Management reserves the right to remove any individual or group from the course for unsafe behavior, rule violations, or inappropriate conduct.
- Management reserves the right to restrict access to the course at any time.
- Management reserves the right to update these rules as needed to protect safety and course quality.
